Dr. Anahit Karapetyan is a psychiatrist and the chair of Psychiatry at the Avan Mental Health center. Dr. Karapetyan studied general medicine at the Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi and specialized in Psychiatry. She is also a member in the Armenian Psychiatric Association and has participated in many conferences including Prospects for the development of child psychiatry, 3rd Annual Armenian Mental Health Congress and a research Course for Early Career Mental health in Kiev.
