Dr. Rita Tshagharyan is a narcologist who graduated from Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi and National Institute of Health and currently works at SIGMA-MED LLC as a narcologist. In 2008 Dr. Tshagharyan Participated in Emergency Training at Boston University School of Medicine. She has also taken additional courses in psychology and narcology at Yerevan State Medical Univeristy.
